TS Soccer Factory is dedicated to developing pressing-minded players who can play at a high tempo while in a tight space using an exceptionally good first touch.

Our focus is opposed training; learning techniques on how to play under pressure. The pressure is consistently modified based on each player’s level. This results in each player learning how to transform trained techniques into a skill required in the game. 

Off the field our goal is to teach our players how to respect oneself and one another through team building and discussions before and after training. We have high expectations and value appropriate behaviour and manners both on and off the field. 

We stress teamwork, responsibility, initiative, discipline, and a strong work ethic.  Each player on the team is an essential part of the team.
